“Build-to-Suit”

Workzones also offers to construct a “build-to-suit” office space to meet specific needs, ranging from 1,000 SF to 4,290 SF. This offers a small company or work group the best of both worlds. Located in the heart of Paseo Nuevo in downtown Santa Barbara, within walking distance of countless amenities. Monthly parking passes in the adjacent Paseo Nuevo lot are available at a discounted rate. The lot also offers first 75 minutes free.

Commissions

OFFICE MEMBERSHIP

Fee to the referring broker is the greater of 1/2 month or 3% of office membership fees for the committed term
