During these uncertain and rapidly changing times, Workzones is taking additional steps to support the well-being of our members, guests and staff. In addition, we continue to closely monitor the Santa Barbara County Public Health Department for updates.
We have ample space to comply with social distancing recommendations. You will see fewer chairs and more space between the tables in the open areas of the club. Also, our hourly meeting rooms, board room and training room will comply with the health officer’s order for social distancing based upon the number of people gathering.
Please sanitize your work area before and after settling in!
We have taken extra measures as recommended by the CDC to make our cleaning protocols even more rigorous than usual.
There are sanitation centers throughout the club, and we respectfully request that you wipe down your area before and after working. Both kitchens and all restrooms have anti-bacterial soap and paper towels for hand washing plus disinfectant spray is available for you to wipe down surfaces and handles.
Organizers of March events and trainings scheduled in our space notified us that they have been canceled or postponed.
We currently remain open – and if your new “work from home situation” is less than ideal, please reach out to learn about our temporary on-demand coworking, meeting room & private office options.
Our community has been tested in recent years and has shown incredible resilience and we will get through this together.
Out of respect for all of our members, guests and staff, please limit visits to Workzones if you are sick. Those who show up with obvious signs of a cold or flu will be asked to work from home and follow CDC guidance of self-quarantine prior to returning.
