Pam Tanase has over 30 years of team building and operations experience. She is one of the original four co-founders of Workzones. Pam is also a Regional Developer for the Massage Envy franchise, which has made therapeutic massage services and skin care solutions accessible to a network of more than 1.65 million members in franchised locations across the United States. Today, Massage Envy franchises, number 1,170 and are in 49 States. Pam holds a Masters in Education from Claremont Graduate School and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Claremont McKenna College. She also coaches water polo teams for the 805 Water Polo Club and at Santa Barbara’s Dos Pueblos High School, is the chair of the Central Coast Leadership Advisory Board for the Arthritis Foundation and is an Associate Board Director for WISErg.

Kirk Peacock is a co-founder of Workzones. Since 2004, he has been a Regional Developer for the Massage Envy franchise and Director of Laird Norton Company and Laird Norton Wealth Management. Kirk is also a former CFO of ImmunoCellular Therapeutics Ltd., CytRx, DigitalMed, and ants.com. In addition, Kirk has served as a financial expert on the audit boards of Global Crossing, Equity Marketing, and Arthur Andersen. He provides business coaching for franchise owners that includes profit & loss analysis and assists owners in maximizing their profits. He maintains the professional designation of Certified Public Accountant. He graduated the Claremont McKenna College with a degree in Economics/Accounting.

Mike Franco is a co-founder of Workzones. He has 30 years of corporate management experience, specializing in real estate and technology companies. Mr. Franco is currently CEO and chairman of the board of directors for Riptide IO Inc, a commercial software company that provides smart building solutions for customers like Nordstrom, Walgreen, Lbrands and Google. Mike has held executive positions managing large software development and service delivery teams at Cisco Systems, Compaq Computers and Tenet Healthcare. His tenure in Silicon Valley included positions in entertainment software (producer for Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods video games, where he worked with Activision, Gaylord, and Jack Nicklaus and Partners) and business intelligence/productivity software (product manager for Objective Software). He has a BA in Public Policy from Pomona College and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.

As one of the four original founders of Workzones, Lisa Riolo cut her teeth as a co-founder Impact Radius Inc. in 2008. Ms. Riolo served as an Executive Vice President of Customer Experience at CJ Affiliate by Conversant. Here, she oversaw product innovation, automation, positioning and the overall customer experience at CJ Affiliate by Conversant. She holds a Bachelors Degree in psychology from Claremont Mckenna College.

In 2020 Michael formed HypeCats Webinar Managers.  HypeCats has partnered with Workzones.com to provide and produce live-streaming events and podcasts for anyone who uses Workzones to host their meeting and events.

Michael is the founder of Ameravant Web Studio, a full-service, state-of-the-art web design, development, and hosting company, headquartered in Santa Barbara. Since launching in 2001, Michael and his talented team have created hundreds of websites for businesses across the country.  Michael offers clients the full scope of his expertise, including start up business evaluation, branding, design, and technical execution.
