Room & Equipment Rental Rates

The Podcast room at Workzones is managed by HypeCats Webinar Managers.

HypeCats offers the following services:

We handle everything. You just need Guests for your podcast
You get to use the professional Podcast room at Workzones
Your Guests can either be in-person or via Zoom.
If you need a Panel discussion, we have larger rooms at Workzones you can use
We manage the lighting and sound
We use TV Production software to make you and your guests look professional
We offer seamless transitions between different visual "Sets", which include
- Just you on the screen with your name, title and branding for your show
- Just your guest(s) on the screen
- You and your guest on the screen
- You and your guest on the screen with a PowerPoint or video also on the screen
- During your Podcast, we can publish on the screen images, videos, PowerPoint and webpages
During your Podcast we mange the transitions between your Sets and other content
Your Podcast is recorded in HD Quality. No post production of your shows are needed.
After each recording we upload your Podcast to your favorite platform, like YouTube.com

We recommend your initial Podcast episodes be around 10 minutes in length. When you feel comfortable you can increase your Podcasts to 20-30 minutes.
Rental of the Podcast Room, and equipment, is $60/hour
Rental of the Podcast Room, equipment, and a Production Technician is $150/hour
You should be able to record 2 Podcasts in one hour bringing your cost to $75 for each Podcast
Other things that can affect costs include:
- Post-production of your recording, if needed.
- Setup of your initial "Sets"
- Educational Training
- Helping to set up the Podcast platforms you want to use, like YouTube, Apple, Spotify, etc.
